Recruitment Process
The IBW is a selective program is designed for highly-motivated sophomores. Applications will open in early September, and two rounds of interviews will be held in the first week of Fall Quarter. Application decisions will be released within a week of interviews.
Resumes should be formatted in the Mergers & Inquisitions format. Interviews will be based on the following material:
- Basic and advanced accounting
- Enterprise value and equity value
- Behavioral and situational questions
- Industry knowledge
Those who attend the Freshmen Preparation Workshop will be fully prepared for interviews in the fall. Please note that attendance in the Freshmen Preparation Workshop will be taken into account during the application process.
